Villa Patxi is a spacious and light modern villa near Ibiza Town, in the perennially popular location of Sa Carroca. This area is constantly in demand for rental villas due to its convenient access to Playa D’en Bossa. With its minimalist design, spacious interior and lovely outside pool area, Villa Patxi has been a favourite with our clients for many years with many repeat visitors.
This popular Ibiza villa rental is only a short drive by car or taxi from Ibiza Town and Playa D’en Bossa. It’s near the main bus route and has bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket within easy reach on foot. Villa Patxi is a really convenient option for guests who want to easily nip around this busy part of the island.
The outside spaces at Villa Patxi are superb, with spacious shaded terraces, a lovely outside dining area, a further private sun terrace on the first floor and a beautiful 12 x 5-metre swimming pool. There’s plenty of room for lounging around the pool, to relax, sunbathe and socialise. The interior is spacious and well laid out with a large kitchen, dining and living area making this a great property for mixed groups or families.

An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of £14.95 per person is added to the cost of your booking.
Check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.

You enter the fully-walled grounds of the villa through a lockable metal gate. The front door leads into a hallway and straight ahead is a large, airy sitting room with comfortable sofas, a dining area with table and chairs, a large flat-screen TV, DVD and music system. There is a modern galley kitchen fitted with quality appliances which leads off the sitting room.
On the ground floor and leading off the hallway are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One room has bunk beds and a pull out bed and the other has a double bed with glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. There is an independent washroom on the ground floor plus an extra toilet. Upstairs on the first floor are a further three bedrooms all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. From the first floor, you can access the additional sun terrace overlooking the pool. Villa Patxi is stylishly decorated and the living space is both well designed and spacious, a perfect villa for relaxing together and enjoying your special Ibiza holiday.
