Casa Roig is a beautiful villa in Ibiza with a private pool close to Blue Marlin. This wonderful villa is in the perfect location, only 10 minutes in a taxi to Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town. It is also walking distance approx 15 mins to Es Codolar beach and the infamous cafe supermarket near Sa Caleta. You can also walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza called Sa Caleta, where you can eat at one of the islands favourite and most renowned fish restaurants, also known as Sa Caleta. The walk to Sa Caleta is about 45 to 60 minutes but in a car, only 3 minutes drive. We do recommend clients to hire a car, but for those who do not want a car they can utilise our fabulous villa taxi service. Casa Roig is perfect for families and groups wanting to have easy access across Ibiza.
You enter Casa Roig through an electric gate where there is plenty of parking. The villa sits in a walled garden of about 3000 square meters. You enter the house from the main terrace into a large open plan living room and dining room that looks out across the garden and the pool. Two large sliding doors open up in the summer giving the living room a bright and airy feel. To the right are two good sized bedrooms both with air conditioning. There is one twin room and one double room, both bedrooms share a large family bathroom / shower and toilet. To the left of the living room is a well equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities. There is also a large ensuite master bedroom with views over the garden. Extra bed is required to sleep 7 people. The villa has wifi throughout, a safe and a very good alarm system.
Cleaning Charge > 4 bedroom villas at £145 per stay,5 bedroom villas £165 per stay,6 and 7 plus bedroom villas £185 per stay, added to your final balance payment.
An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of £14.95 per person is added to the cost of your booking.
Check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.

The living room leads directly onto a shaded terrace that overlooks the well kept garden and large swimming pool. The terrace has a family dining table which is perfect for “Al fresco” dining with a remote control awning. There are steps down to the 8 meters by 4 meters swimming pool that has plenty of sun beds including a Balinese double bed with lots of shade, ideal for the long Ibiza summer days. Next to the pool is a purpose built BBQ and behind the house is a utility room with a washing machine. The garden is very well kept, with plenty of beautiful plants and fruit trees.
