Can Reiet is a beautiful traditional villa and organic farm in Ibiza, that boasts fantastic facilities such as a tennis court, large swimming pool, poolside kitchen and BBQ. One of the most unique features of this property is that it is an actively operational farm, meaning that our guests are able to take advantage of some of the wonderful products that are produced here on this 400,000m² of gorgeous organic farmland. Take a stroll down to the chicken coop with the kids to collect some eggs for breakfast, or pick some of the seasonal fruit that’s on show for a jug of sangria in the evening, there is even olive oil produced from the land that is available at a reduced price to guests, directly from the farmer. This is what you can expect from staying at Can Reiet, rural living at its finest.
As this traditional build is a few centuries old, plus the fact we are thinking about the environment at Can Reiet, the villa does not have air conditioning, which we accept can be challenging in the hot summer months. But Can Reiet has stone walls that are over 1m thick, serving the purpose of naturally regulating the temperature within. Keeping the windows open at night whilst you sleep and closed during the day whilst you’re out will keep the house cool and comfortable, just as it’s many inhabitants would have done over the many years this house has stood. We will still provide you with a fan for every bed though, just for good measure.
Villa Can Reiet is in a wonderful location. Only 10 minutes drive to Ibiza Town, 5 minutes drive to Santa Eulalia and within easy reach of many amazing beaches. There is also a very good road from Can Reiet to San Rafael which means you can reach the wonderful Village of Santa Getrudis in 5 minutes and San Antonio and all it’s amazing beaches in under 20 minutes. Finally, the infamous Bambuddah Restaurant is only 500 meters away. There are also many famous restaurants on the Bambuddah Road such as Negai and La Paloma in San Loranzo.
The villa is tastefully furnished in traditional Ibicencan style. This villa is continually popular with our clients as it is fantastic value for money.
The villa has a small kitchenette in the main house, plus a brand new modern kitchen in the annex beside the pool. This is ideal for preparing pool-side meals to enjoy in the sunshine. The typically thick walls of this wonderful holiday villa give the property a lovely ambient temperature in the summer. This cool finca offers respite from the all-day sunshine that the pool area enjoys. The interior of the main house retains many typically Ibiza features. It has high, Sabina wood ceilings and original stone floors.

An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of £14.95 per person is added to the cost of your booking.
Check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.

Villa Can Reiet is nicely laid out and very spacious. It has a small kitchenette in the main house and a further family country-style kitchen by the pool. The ambience of this lovely farmhouse is ideally suited for groups who want to relax in a peaceful and private environment and enjoy the lovely pool area. Best of all, from this location, you can reach Ibiza Town or the pretty coastal town of Santa Eularia with ease.
Villa Can Reiet is located at the end of a long driveway that leads to a parking area beside the orchard. You enter the villa by a side door, next to the original bread oven. This leads into a dining area, with typical high ceilings and a small kitchenette. You continue through into a spacious living area, also with lovely high ceilings. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a single and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are a twin and a double bedroom and a bathroom and a further single which is accessed via an outside staircase.
There are large double doors leading to a pretty courtyard and the gardens beyond. Outside, across the courtyard, is the lovely pool area, with an amazing kitchen over looking the pool. This a great space for relaxing and poolside dining.
Villa Can Reiet is an ideal choice for groups or families wanting an authentic, Ibiza country villa. It is an excellent price point and in a great location to access the rest of the island.
