Villa Bella Vista absolutely lives up to its name. The views from this hilltop property are simply beautiful! It really is rare to find such a great value villa near Ibiza Town with such amazing sea views. For many years, this villa was the favourite of the bands playing at Ibiza Rocks, who all loved its privacy and its stunning location. Villa Bella Vista was also the location of DJMag’s 2017 Ibiza HQ, recently hosting the great man himself, Carl Cox, for a live DJ set. Check it out:
While this Ibiza villa is located on a hillside, at the bottom of the hill – a pretty drive down a country camino – leads you to the edge of Sa Carocca, just outside Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town. This is the most stunning villa to relax in peace, with stunning sea and countryside views from just about every part of the property. It’s the best antidote to the nightlife of Ibiza that you will see laid out before you from this hilltop villa.
The outside spaces and pool area of Villa Bella Vista are tranquil and relaxing. It has the same stunning vistas to enjoy from your sun lounger or from the gorgeous triangular pool. There is a covered terrace for outside dining, various seating areas, and a brick-built barbeque. The inside of the villa is a comfortable and relaxing space with stylish Mediterranean influences.
Entrance to the villa is via large iron gates with a driveway leading up to a parking area. There is room for two or three cars, and we do recommend you hire a car, as due to the stunning location of Bella Vista, the price you pay is that you cannot walk to any amenities.
Cleaning Charge > 4 bedroom villas at £145 per stay,5 bedroom villas £165 per stay,6 and 7 plus bedroom villas £185 per stay, added to your final balance payment.
An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of £14.95 per person is added to the cost of your booking.
Check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.

The entrance to the villa leads into a tiled hallway with a double bedroom with a large double bed to your left. The hallway leads round to a further twin bedroom and an independent bathroom. From the hallway, you enter the comfortable living and dining area. There is an adjoining kitchen, which is well-equipped with all the normal appliances including a dishwasher.
From the living area, a pretty tiled staircase leads you up to the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms one double and one twin plus and an independent shower room. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace looking out across the country hillsides of Ibiza. A few more stairs lead to the upper first floor where there is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fantastic double aspect floor to ceiling windows. It has floor length, heat-reflective curtains for coolness and privacy.
This bedroom has its own terrace, offering fabulous views across the island to Ibiza Town and the sea. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. On this floor there is also a wonderful second double-aspect sitting room and sun terrace with the same incredible views across the south-west coast of Ibiza. From this level at Villa Bella Vista, you really feel like you’re on top of the world!
