Villa Alexa is a simple country villa in a great location. It has a private pool and is a great villa to rent for a groups or families who are looking for a base with easy access to all the main attractions of Ibiza and the wonderful beaches of the west coast.
Cleaning Charge > 4 bedroom villas at £145 per stay,5 bedroom villas £165 per stay,6 and 7 plus bedroom villas £185 per stay, added to your final balance payment.
An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of £14.95 per person is added to the cost of your booking.
Check-in time is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on day of departure.
You will not be able to access your villa before 4pm without prior arrangement.
We can provide food and drink to be waiting for you at your villa.

The property comprises of two separate buildings with a fantastic, shaded terrace area between the two. This makes it a good option for groups who don’t want to be on top of one another, but who want to come together in the beautiful outdoor communal spaces.
You approach the villa by a long, private driveway leading to the original farmhouse. There is a dining room with double doors that open onto a shaded terrace area.
As you enter the main house there is a studio bedroom with a double bed and off the dining room, there are more bedrooms. There are two independent, modern shower rooms.
Across from the farmhouse is the annex building. On the lower floor are bedrooms with an adjoining shower room. On the upper level of the annex is a modern kitchen and dining area There is also an independent shower room that can be accessed from the kitchen. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside, the large pool is 10 meters by 5 meters and is set in lovely Mediterranean gardens with many fruit trees and flowers. There are stunning views across the countryside.
