Terms and Conditions
Ibiza Times Terms and Conditions for Club Tickets
Tickets purchased are intended for the personal use of the purchaser and/or their group. They are non-transferable and may not be resold.
You must be at least 18 years old to attend any clubbing venues, boat parties, or other clubbing-related events.
If multiple bookings are made, the person whose name is on the ticket must be present at the venue. Entry will be denied to all unless the ticket holder is in attendance.
The ticket holder must present a photographic identity document (driving license, national ID document, or passport) at the venue entrance. Photocopies will not be accepted. Tickets can be presented on a mobile phone or printed on paper. Ensure your phone is charged if you show tickets on it. Entry will be refused if a valid ticket is not presented.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission under specific circumstances, including but not limited to, persons under the influence of illegal substances or alcohol, anyone deemed unclean or unkempt, and anyone not adhering to the dress code stated on the ticket. Luggage or suitcases are not allowed inside the venue. If refused entry, Ibiza Times accepts no liability; claims should be directed to the event organizers.
In case of theft or loss of tickets, contact Ibiza Times by email promptly to obtain replacements.
The list of advertised DJs may change. Ibiza Times is not responsible for any such changes.
VIP area ticket holders must be correctly and smartly dressed (t-shirts and shorts are not acceptable). The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to the VIP zone if these conditions are not met. Access to the VIP area does not include table service or free drinks unless specified on your ticket.
Tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Times (appearing on your credit card statement) can be canceled free of charge for any reason up to 1 day before the event, with a full refund of the ticket price. Exceptions are clearly marked in your basket and order confirmation. Canceling is easy and can be done from My Orders.
For some venues, cancellation insurance must be purchased to cancel your tickets. These are clearly marked in your basket and order confirmation. Cancellation insurance allows you to cancel for any reason up to 1 day before the event, with a full refund of the ticket price (the cost of insurance is non-refundable).
No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place.
Ibiza Times acts solely as an agent for the venue, selling tickets for access. Any liability is confined to the issue of tickets through physical or electronic means, and the company is not liable for activities at the venue.
For any claims arising from this transaction, please contact Ibiza Times.
Ibiza Times Terms and Conditions for Yacht Charter
The charter fee includes the hire of the vessel, crew, and mooring. Fuel is charged based on actual running hours and must be paid in full before disembarkation, except for certain vessels where fuel is included.
A 50% deposit is required upon signing to confirm the booking, with the balance due before departure. If the client cancels before the charter, the deposit is forfeited. However, if the yacht is re-let, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For large vessels or multi-day charters, an APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) of 30% must be paid in cleared funds before departure. This allowance covers consumables, fuel, and berthing outside the home port. All expenses will be documented with receipts and deducted at a reasonable cost. The remaining balance will be refunded at the end of the charter. If the APA is exhausted before the end of the charter, an additional amount will be required to purchase further supplies.
In the event of bad weather, the Captain will decide whether to continue with the charter. Short showers or clouds do not constitute a reason for cancellation. High winds and consistent rain are typically grounds for cancellation. If the Captain cancels the charter and an alternative date cannot be arranged to the client’s satisfaction, a full refund will be provided. Similarly, in the event of mechanical failure, an alternative vessel will be sought. If an acceptable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
By booking a yacht charter through The Ibiza Times, you acknowledge and accept that all water-based activities carry inherent risks. The Ibiza Times acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the charter operator and does not own or operate any of the vessels listed on our website.
All passengers participate in yacht charters and related activities at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ibiza Times, its employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or death arising directly or indirectly from the use of the charter services provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake a yacht charter and should hold comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for marine and water-based activities. The Ibiza Times does not provide insurance for passengers.
The charter operator may require passengers to sign an additional waiver of liability before boarding.
